Leadership Development That Builds Stronger Managers, Healthier Teams, and More Accountable Organizations
Based on insights from his book, Survival of the Hive: 7 Leadership Lessons from a Beehive, Matt Harrington developed the C.A.M.P. Leadership Roundtable Series — an immersive leadership development experience designed to help organizations strengthen frontline supervisors, emerging leaders, and mid-level managers through practical, highly participatory learning.
Unlike traditional leadership seminars that focus only on theory, CAMP Leadership Roundtables combine leadership training, peer-to-peer learning, facilitated discussion, reflection, accountability, and coaching to create real behavioral change inside organizations.
Just like gathering around a campfire, the roundtable model creates an environment where leaders can openly discuss challenges, build trust, develop shared language, and grow together.
OBJECTIVES
To provide a series of relevant, highly participatory roundtable meetings in order to build the needed competencies and skill development for potential managers and leaders in the area’s leading organizations. These meetings will create skills to help employees better manage, coach and lead the workforce in your region.
This series is focused on low to mid-level management or those seeking more interpersonal, soft-skill development to further their career.
To provide organizations within the area cost-effective, results-oriented trainings through the facilitation and coaching efforts of Harrington Brands.
To increase the use and application of the training content into the day-to-day operations of those businesses and organization to generate competent leaders, happier staff, and better products and services.
